Dough
- 1 ball of store-bought or homemade pizza dough ~250g
Sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang Korean chili paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Toppings
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked Korean BBQ beef bulgogi, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kimchi chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion thinly sliced
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
Gochujang Aioli (Drizzle)
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp honey

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing your pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 10–12 inches.
In a
bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
In a separate
bowl, stir together aioli ingredients and set aside.
Assembly
Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to parchment paper.
Spread the Korean-style sauce over the dough using a spoon.
Sprinkle
mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Add bulgogi beef, chopped kimchi, and sliced red onion.
Slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and drizzle with gochujang aioli.
Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
