- 1 large flour tortilla 8–10 inch
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese optional, for extra flavor

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing

oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a baking sheet inside to heat up.
Brush both sides of the tortilla lightly with
olive oil for extra crispiness.
Place the tortilla on the preheated baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the surface, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.
Sprinkle
mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Add your favorite toppings (keep them light so the tortilla doesn’t get soggy).
Season with oregano and garlic powder.
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the tortilla edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
