Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside for at least 30 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a floured pizza peel.
Brush the dough lightly with
olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the base, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
Sprinkle half the
mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce.
Arrange the sliced chicken evenly across the pizza.
Add the remaining
mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using).
Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Remove from the oven, top with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
- For extra depth of flavor, use smoked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken.
- You can swap Alfredo sauce for a garlic cream sauce if preferred.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for a veggie twist.
- If you don’t own a pizza stone, bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
