Total Time: 32 minutes
Servings: 4 People

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast grilled and sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce homemade or jarred
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside for at least 30 minutes.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a floured pizza peel.
  • Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  • Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the base, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce.
  • Arrange the sliced chicken evenly across the pizza.
  • Add the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven, top with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra depth of flavor, use smoked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken.
  • You can swap Alfredo sauce for a garlic cream sauce if preferred.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for a veggie twist.
  • If you don’t own a pizza stone, bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
