Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and char the broccolini for about 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly blackened. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
In a small pan, warm olive oil and gently sauté garlic slices until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, broil the pizza for the last 1–2 minutes.
Swap broccolini with asparagus or tender kale if preferred.
Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for a sharper bite.
Use fresh lemons for zest and juice to maximize brightness.
