Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough about 12 inches
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 4 oz brie cheese sliced into thin pieces
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter melted (for brushing crust)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional, for brightness
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside. If you don’t have a pizza stone, use a baking sheet.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Place the dough on parchment paper for easy transfer.
  • Brush the crust edges with melted butter to help it turn golden brown.
  • Spread softened cream cheese evenly across the dough as the base. Mix with powdered sugar beforehand if you prefer a sweeter base.
  • Arrange slices of brie cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Scatter fresh blueberries and raspberries across the pizza.
  • Transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot pizza stone. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the brie is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with honey.
  • Garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint leaves. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, substitute raspberries with blackberries.
  • Try fig jam instead of honey for a deeper, more luxurious flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Best reheated in the oven.
