The Buffalo Cauliflower Blaze Pizza is a fiery, plant-based riff on the classic buffalo chicken pizza, delivering that crave-worthy heat with tender roasted cauliflower bites instead of meat. Assembly:
- Sprinkle vegan cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Notes
- Short on time? Use frozen roasted cauliflower bites and skip the roasting step.
- Mild option: Mix hot sauce with a tablespoon of maple syrup for a sweet-heat vibe.
- Customize it: Add vegan bleu cheese crumbles or swap in BBQ sauce for a twist.
