Starting in the kitchen washing dishes, Jay quickly advanced to manager within a year, drawn by the artistry and culture of pizza.

His career reached a new height working alongside Tony Gemignani, one of the most renowned figures in the pizza industry. At the Slice House franchise in Santa Clarita, Jay helped lead the team to record-breaking success, achieving $25,000 in a single day without selling alcohol—a testament to the power of quality, innovation, and customer experience.
